Street Sharks

What ooze did for Turtles in the late 80's, 'Gene Slamming' did for Sharks in the 90's! It's Street Sharks!

A university professor named Dr. Robert Bolton had invented a gene-manipulation device for peaceful uses on animals with his fellow professor named Dr. Luther Paradigm. In the first episode, Dr. Paradigm tested his gene-manipulation techniques (which was referred to as "gene-slamming") on a marlin and a lobster which resulted in the creations of Slash and Slobster. Dr. Robert Bolton attempted to destroy Paradigm's research and was transformed into an unseen inhuman monstrosity by the evil scientist using the gene-slamming device on him before escaping. Dr. Paradigm later kidnapped Bolton's four sons John, Bobby, Coop, and Clint to transform them into sharks. As soon as they are gene-slammed after their bodies were washed down the river, the four brothers ate a hot dog stand upon their transformation and fled from the police by diving into a lake and burrowing their way into the city by eating the dirt. When Dr. Paradigm captured their friend Bends, the Street Sharks had to save him which ended with Dr. Paradigm accidentally getting gene-slammed with piranha DNA which turned him into Dr. Piranoid. With help from Lena and Bends, the brothers planned to capture Dr. Paradigm so that they could force him to return them to their human selves and expose Dr. Paradigm's genetic experiments.

Alvin and the Chipmunks

Let's have a little bit of music today folks, with Alvin, Simon and Theodore!

Alvin and the Chipmunks is an American animated music group created by Ross Bagdasarian, Sr. for a novelty record in 1958. The group consists of three singing animated anthropomorphic chipmunks: Alvin, the mischievous troublemaker, who quickly became the star of the group; Simon, the tall, bespectacled intellectual; and Theodore, the chubby, impressionable one. The trio is managed by their human adoptive father, David (Dave) Seville. In reality, "David Seville" was Bagdasarian's stage name, and the Chipmunks themselves are named after the executives of their original record label. The characters became a success, and the singing Chipmunks and their manager were given life in several animated cartoon productions, using redrawn, anthropomorphic chipmunks, and eventually films.

Thomas the Tank Engine

Let's take a trip to Sodor and see what Thomas and his friends are up to!

The island of Sodor is a lovely picturesque place that is lush in greenery and has a a great rail network which uses steam trains. Unlike most steam trains, these ones have faces and their own personalities. They all want to be the best for the Fat Controller, who runs the railway. Most of the trains come back to Tidmouth Sheds in the evening to rest for the next day. Thomas is a cheeky, fussy little Engine who works for The Fat Controller on the beautiful Island of Sodor. He often gets into scrapes, usually by being over-eager to do things best left to bigger and more sensible engines. However, clouds never last long in Thomas's life, and he's soon bustling about again in the Station Yard or on his very own branch line, of which he is extremely proud.

Avenger Penguins

Big City needs help! Time to call in the Avenger Penguins! Another great show from the makers of Count Duckula and Dangermouse!

The story revolves around three bike riding Penguins that inhabit Big City, uniting to protect it and its citizens from the evil Caractacus P. Doom, an insane and reclusive criminal scientist. The Penguins attempt to prevent Doom's schemes but find themselves often hampered by their own miscommunicating and occasional scraps with other biker gangs infesting Big City, such as The Stink Brothers, a canine squad of Hell's Angels.
The cast, like Danger Mouse and Count Duckula had with David Jason, boasted a star talent in a major role, this time in the form of Mike McShane as the Penguin's un-coordinated but brash leader Marlon, as well as the villainous Doom. To show how the series was mocking the often rushed animation style of the original TMNT series, two supporting characters known as "The Badly Drawn Brothers" were always left with the design construction lines still showing out of deliberate neglect.
